You can also successfully use this chocolate to fill candies and cover cakes. It has a low content of cocoa paste, is very fluid and has a light color and an intense milky taste.
Store at 15-20 C, humidity max 70%.
How to use: Melt in a bain-marie, stirring continuously, without exceeding the temperature of 45°C. It is tempered and used at 28-30° C.
